  Absolutely fantastic service. I needed a personalised bench as a surprise for my Grandad's birthday in a very short time frame so I gave them a call to see what they could do. Chris and Adam made a huge effort to make it happen, they took all the details over the phone, I emailed over exactly what I wanted engraved on the bench. They turned it around in 5 days and it was delivered fully assembled (no flat pack so we didn't have to put it together when it arrived!). We got a call to arrange an exact delivery time so I could sort out Grandad been taken out for a few hours by other family members. It is absolutely stunning and I can't thank the guys enough for arranging it in time for his birthday! My Granddad absolutely loves it! Best present ever!! Thank you so much!
